Active Release Technique

Active Release Technique® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue movement technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Graston Technique

The Graston® Technique incorporates a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. The chiropractor uses the stainless steel instruments to comb over and "catch" on fibrotic tissue, which immediately identifies the areas of restriction. Once the tissue has been identified, the instruments are used to break up the scar tissue.

Kinesio® Taping®

The Kinesio® Taping Method is applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused or tired muscles, and support muscles in movement on a 24-hour-a-day basis. The taping is non-restrictive and allows for full range of motion. In contrast, more traditional sports tape is wrapped around a joint strictly for stabilization and support during an athletic event. Kinesio® Tape is used to treat anything from headaches to foot problems and everything in between.

Advanced Muscular Reconditioning (AMR):

Based on our understanding of human neuromuscular systems, this hands-on technique effectively reduces muscle spasm and adhesion. Practitioners massage muscle fibers against the grain, having a deep effect despite the shallow depth of contact. It is remarkably effective for its simplicity and powerful results: truly reconditioning your tight muscle “knots” into relaxation. AMR is extremely helpful in treating the more difficult and complicated cases, as well as, chronic conditions.
